Adhere to DHEC and Tropical Grille rules/regulationsÂ
Practice safe cooling process (see cooling procedure)Â
Practice safe cooking and reheating temperaturesÂ
Prep cookÂ
Adhere to Tropical Grille RecipesÂ
Cook food to orderÂ
Assist putting away truck ordersÂ
Communicating with management if help is neededÂ
Ensure proper rotation of food, FIFOÂ
Ensure all food items are properly labeled.Â
Maintain cleanliness of kitchenÂ
Including but not limited to cleaning fryer, hoods, flat top, kitchen floors, walls, and behind equipment.Â
Keeping station clean throughout shift.Â
Leaving station clean for shift change.Â
Maintain food quality, consistency, and freshnessÂ
Controlling back ups of prepped food items in warmerÂ
Prepare cateringsÂ
Use catering measurements givenÂ
Prep beans, sauteed items, pork, and assist with other hot items day of cateringÂ
Prep cold items day before cateringÂ
Responsibilities are not limited to direct job description, we expect all team members to perform any additional tasks asked of them by managementÂ

Experience:Â
Restaurant Kitchen: 1 year (Preferred)Â
Customer Service/Cashier: 1 year (Preferred)Â
Education:Â
High school or equivalent (Preferred)Â
