Position Summary

The Server is responsible for providing friendly, attentive, and efficient service while creating a positive dining experience for every guest. Servers should have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and beverage offerings.
• Deliver food and beverages accurately and in a timely manner.
• Check on guests throughout their meal and respond promptly to requests.
• Process payments accurately.
• Follow all alcohol service, food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas.
• Complete assigned opening, closing, and side work.
• Assist with running food, bussing, resetting tables, and other team duties as needed.
• Communicate effectively with guests, kitchen staff, management, and other team members.
• Maintain reliable attendance and arrive on time and prepared for scheduled shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must meet applicable age and licensing requirements for alcohol service.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25–30 pound
