Machine Operator Helper – Hiring Now (Santa Fe Springs)

3rd Shift • Fast‑Paced 

Looking for a reliable helper to support machine operators in a metal finishing environment. Great for candidates who like hands‑on work, staying busy, and are mechanically inclined.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with machine setup & belt changes

• Load/unload parts

• Basic grinding, deburring & surface finishing

• Use calipers/rulers for simple measurements

• Keep work area clean & safe

• Help with part counts & simple documentation

Requirements

• Able to lift 50 lbs

• Comfortable with standing, bending, repetitive tasks

• Must follow safety rules (PPE provided)

• Must pass drug and background check

Shift: 3rd Shift; 10pm -6:30am

Must be available to train on 1st shift, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM.

Saturday overtime available.

Location: Santa Fe Springs

Pay: $20 per hour.
