Position Summary:

Lead Generators find potential new clients by traveling to predetermined residential neighborhoods and going door to door offering a FREE, NO OBLIGATION LAWN CARE CONSULATION. They will answer questions, overcome objections as needed, and record client information - meeting individual goals set by the Sales Manager. The majority of this position is performed outside.  This is a Part-Time to full time position with hours ranging from 25 to 33.

Qualifications:

• Must be over 18, over 21 to drive company vehicles.
• Valid Driver's License
• Pass a drug screening and background check
• Good Attendance
• Basic knowledge of Android software
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Previous experience in customer service an asset
• Ability to work in a results-oriented environment
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a professional appearance and have a positive attitude
• Market our products and services to potential customers by offering a FREE, NO OBLIGATION LAWN CARE QUOTE
• Distribute necessary promotional materials
• Answer questions and overcome objections as needed
• Travel to predetermined residential neighborhoods and market the company home to home
• Meet or exceed the daily and weekly contact rate targets, quote acceptance targets
• Fill out all digital paperwork in a correct and timely manner

• Monday to Friday  2:30pm to until 30 minutes after dark and Saturdays 9:30am to 2:30pm

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay

• Knoxville, TN: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
