Trolley Guide

Join the Rainbow Adventures team as a Trolley Guide for our Red Rock Magic Trolley division, where you’ll bring the history, scenery, and local charm of Sedona to life for passengers aboard our classic trolley tours. As the face of our organization, you’ll engage guests with entertaining and informative narratives, ensuring a memorable experience that blends storytelling, hospitality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and interactive trolley tours, sharing historical facts, local legends, and points of interest.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
• Operate the trolley responsibly, following all local traffic laws and company regulations.
• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking and answer questions about the tour or location.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of the tour route, historical landmarks, and relevant cultural insights.
• Handle basic customer inquiries
• Promote additional company offerings, including specialty tours or events.
• Adhere to company policies, dress code, and operational guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger Endorsement (Required)

• Strong public speaking and storytelling skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

• Customer service experience preferred; hospitality or tourism background is a plus.
• Comfortable working outdoors and managing groups in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to learn and retain historical, cultural, and geographical information.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to assist guests and stand for extended periods.

Work Environment & Schedule:

• Must be available to work any day of the week. Evening availability is required.
• Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time
