Production Associate- FreeThink

Production Team Members needed for large apparel screen-print/embroidery company in Bloomington, Indiana. Weekdays 40/hrs per week, with possible benefits. Duties include work in all stages of the production process such as garment check-in, order prep, press set-up, press loading and unloading, quality control, order packaging, and shipping.

Experience preferred but not required. Potential for additional training and promotion to specialized printing positions. Pay depends on experience. Position available immediately.

The facility is light industrial and requires one to be on their feet during the day. Initiative and attention to detail, especially in the counting of products are essential. Strong teamwork ethic desired as you will be part of a cross-trained production team. Employees are encouraged to learn and expand their skillset and advance within the production team.
