Food Runner - Full Time

Introduction:

We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Runner to join our team at our busy restaurant. The Runner will be responsible for bringing food to guests, managing their needs, and providing excellent customer service to ensure that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival and present them with their food

• Manage the window and tickets accordingly using a computerized system

• Assist with organizing and setting up the kitchen

• Handle guest complaints and concerns with grace and professionalism

• Perform light cleaning duties, such as wiping down tables and sweeping the floor, bussing 

• Help maintain a clean and organized dining room

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a runner or in a customer service role is preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload

• Proficiency with computer systems and software as well as customer service

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
