We are Anthemion Senior Living, LLC. We are opening a new State-of-The-Art 54-unit Memory Care Assisted Living Community in Norwell, MA, The Cordwainer. We are proud to be family owned and operated. The Cordwainer will be the first of its kind being the first Assisted Living Community specifically for the memory impaired in Norwell, MA.

We are looking for an extraordinary, experienced Business Director to join our family. Someone who will be a dynamic leader and loves to work with seniors and helps promote their best life. Good sense of humor; positive enthusiastic attitude. Self-motivated with a passion for excellence.

Qualifications

·          Associate Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and or 3 to 5 years’ experience in senior living or healthcare industry

·         Experience of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll systems

·         Knowledgeable of Alzheimer’s Disease and dementia

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Ability to manage staff successfully

·         Enjoy working with senior population

·         Must be a team player

·         Excellent customer service skills

The Business Director is responsible for all operations related to administration, accounting, and employee relations for the community.

Responsibilities:

·         Maintain accounting and payrolls systems

·         Responsible for Employee Orientation

·         Process CORI verifications timely

·         Manage collection process

·         Responsible to manage Reception Staff, hiring, training, and management of staff.

·         Participate in Manager on Duty

·         Manage and facilitate all on going in servicing training required for Executive Office of Elder Affairs

·         Prepare documents as necessary

·         Assist with month end close process

·         Manage 401K Plan

·         Manage health, dental, and vision insurances

·         Participate in community events

·         Assist in the sales process by conducting inquiry tours
