Responsibilities: 

Program Management: Assist in curating, developing, and maintaining a dynamic beverage program, including wine, spirits, cocktails, beer, and non-alcoholic offerings, aligned with the Jones Assembly's concept and standards.

Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering, receiving, and storage of all products. Ensure accurate stock counts and cost controls

Training & Development: Support the training and ongoing education of bar and service teams on product knowledge, service standards, and responsible alcohol service.

Quality Control: Maintain high standards of beverage preparation, presentation, and consistency across all outlets.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal alcohol laws and health & safety regulations.

Leadership: Act as a liaison between front-of-house and back-of-house teams; step in to oversee operations in the absence of the Beverage Director.

Our ideal candidate would:

·      Have 2+ years of high-volume culinary management experience

·      Create memorable dining experiences for guests by going above and beyond

·      Manage shifts using on-the-fly decision making and effective communication

·      Perform steadily and efficiently in a high-volume restaurant and bar

·      Demonstrate well rounded understanding of ingredients and flavor profiles

·      Ensure adherence to recipes, safety practices and sanitation standards

·      Understand ordering and inventory management systems

·      Lead, teach, and encourage the team. Must be an excellent communicator and even better listener!
