About the Role

New Phoenix, LLC is hiring compassionate and dependable Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to support clients in their homes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others and wants flexible, part‑time hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)

• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Assist with mobility and safe transfers

• Follow care plans and document services provided

Qualifications

• Current PCA certification or relevant experience

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to work independently

• Strong communication and compassion
