ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a high-energy, dependable and skilled team player to ensure the department has the necessary tools to operate in a safe and productive manner while assuring quality and monitoring workflow.

Shift Hours: Monday through Friday 6:00am-3:00pm

DUTIES

•         Operation and set-up of the Lamination Line

•         Ensure the line is running the correct raw materials to include board type and laminate

•         Ensure proper adhesive is being used for the material being laminated and the proper amount is being used to ensure comprehensive adhesion while maintaining visual quality

•         Ensure all finished goods are packaged properly and tagged appropriately

•         Direct the lamination line employees

•         Ensure counts of finished goods and scrap are recorded accurately

•         Lead by example with attitude and when addressing employees; be respectful

•         Ensure cleanliness and safety of the Lamination Department

•         Monitor lamination processes and make adjustments as necessary

•         Ensure required productivity of the lamination line

•         Communicate lamination line schedule to Forklift Operators, Cutter and the Tail Puller

•         Follow Escalation procedures when needed

•         Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

•         Exceptional attendance and work ethic

•         Good communication skills

•         Mechanical background preferred

•         Previous Lead or Leadership Experience preferred

•         High School or Equivalent preferred
