This is a full-time onsite role for a Shift Lead at the Peach Cobbler Factory. The shift lead will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating team members, ensuring quality control, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive work environment. As a key player in the team the Shift Lead will contribute to the success ands growth of the business.

QUALIFICATIONS

TPCF Shift Lead oversees weekly shifts to ensure customers are served quickly, accurately, and with a friendly attitude, providing leadership to the crew and other managers to maintain high levels of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

·       Prior Shift Lead experience in food service or retail setting

·       Must have Reliability, Dependability and Flexibility

·       Must have great communication skills

·       Training and developing staff members competently

·       Coordinating and communicating effectively between shifts is integral to promoting a cohesive work environment

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

·       Daily maintenance and cleanliness of the entire restaurant

·.     Promote exceptional customer service and hospitality  

        High school diploma or equivalent is required
