We are seeking a charismatic and proactive Restaurant Manager to join the opening team of a fast-paced new concept launched by an established and rapidly growing restaurant group.
As a Restaurant Manager, your primary responsibilities are to our guests ensuring that every guest has an amazing experience. You possess excellent communication skills and you have a passion for customer service. You should be someone who leads by example, both in how you interact with your team as well as how to support our guests.
Responsibilities:
Leading, training, and mentoring staff.
Overseeing inventory management and ensuring operational efficiency.
Supporting daily operations and maintaining high standards of service.
Engaging with guests to create memorable dining experiences.
Collaborating with a management team to ensure the restaurant’s success.
Oversee day-to-day operations and uphold brand standards
Ensure seamless execution of service, hospitality, and team coordination
Manage and monitor labor, COGS, waste, and inventory in line with budget goals
Assist with scheduling
Analyze sales and performance metrics to inform and improve operations
Uphold a strong presence on the floor, setting the tone and culture for excellence
REQUIREMENTS:
3- 5+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager
5+ years of experience in Hospitality
Food and Bar knowledge
Very Detailed Oriented
Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Team player
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication
