Host/Hostess Responsibilities:
- All guests must be treated in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction
- Provide accurate wait times and recommend wait options (seating at the bar)
- Walk guests to the tables advising them of the servers' name and daily special
- Mange wait times and reservations
- Great customers upon their arrival and bid farewell upon their departure
- Coordinate with wait staff about available seating options
- Maintain a clean reception area
- Maintain restroom cleanliness with 15-minute checks
- Cater to guests who require extra assistance
- Answer incoming calls and address guests inquires
- Assist in racking/polishing/rolling silverware when needed
- Assist the wait staff as needed
