Position Overview:
The Marketing Traffic Coordinator is essential to our team, ensuring the smooth flow of projects and timely delivery of marketing assets. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating with creative and account teams, and prioritizing tasks to meet project deadlines. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Oversee the day-to-day flow of marketing projects, ensuring all assignments are tracked and progressing on schedule.
- Scheduling: Develop and manage project timelines, coordinating between creative, digital, and production teams.
- Resource Allocation: Ensure that team members have the necessary resources to complete tasks and are assigned according to project priority.
- Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between teams, facilitating clear communication on project statuses, deadlines, and any issues.
- Quality Assurance: Review completed materials to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with brand standards.
- Problem Solving: Identify and address any bottlenecks in the workflow, making adjustments as needed to keep projects on track.
- Reporting: Generate regular status reports for management and stakeholders, providing updates on project timelines and resource allocation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project coordination, traffic management, or a similar role in marketing or advertising
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Ability to work in-office. This position is not remote.
