Food Expediter

The expo is responsible for gathering food orders as they come from the kitchen, and putting them together with the appropriate sides and ensuring that the order is correct and ready to be taken to the table. This person is also responsible for proper packaging of to-go orders. The expo person may be asked by guests to get refills and other items needed to complete the guests' meal. This is the last person to check the food before going out, so attention to detail is a must.
