As we continue to grow, we’re excited to expand our team! We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Warranty/Service Department in an administrative role.

What you’ll do:

• Support our service team with scheduling, communication, and coordination
• Assist with warranty claims and customer service inquiries
• Help ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain precise, real-time records within the CRM software for all clients
• Review customer purchase order and collaborate with other teams to resolve discrepancies before work begins
