Palm Construction is seeking a motivated and experienced Handyman/Electrician to service commercial clients only throughout the Sonoma area. This is a steady position with no upselling—just solid, professional commercial work.

Job Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot basic electrical issues
- Perform lighting repairs and LED retrofits
- Troubleshoot EMS systems
- Perform repairs inside electrical panels
- Repair and replace ballasts, drivers, switches, and outlets
- Ensure all work complies with local codes and NEC requirements
- Basic drywall repair and painting
- Door and lock repairs and adjustments
- Basic flooring repairs (VCT, carpet squares, etc.)
- T-bar ceiling repairs
- General commercial handyman tasks as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the trades
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with local building codes and NEC
- Clean driving record
