 Catering Sales Representative (Part-Time | 20 hrs/week) at Buddy’s BBQ 

Do you love great BBQ and building lasting business relationships? Buddy’s BBQ is looking for a driven and personable Catering Sales Representative to help grow our catering business! This part-time position (approx. 20 hours/week) is perfect for a motivated self-starter who’s passionate about connecting with people and sharing the smoky goodness of Buddy’s BBQ.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, corporations, and office managers to promote large group catering for lunches, employee appreciation, holidays, and special events.

• Connect with wedding venues, planners, and bridal expos to introduce Buddy’s BBQ as the go-to for rehearsal dinners, receptions, and engagement parties.

• Make outbound calls, drop by businesses, and attend local networking events to promote our catering services.

• Follow up with leads, provide catering quotes, and coordinate with our in-house team to ensure a smooth guest experience.

• Identify and pursue new opportunities such as real estate agent open houses, church events, nonprofit fundraisers, sports banquets, and more.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Is enthusiastic, outgoing, and comfortable with face-to-face and phone communication

• Has sales or customer service experience (catering or hospitality experience is a bonus!)

• Is organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven

• Can work flexible hours (some evening or weekend events may be required)

• Loves food and believes in the power of great service
