Arcadia at Lookout Ridge is seeking an experienced Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) to support clinical operations within our assisted living community.

This is a leadership-level position working closely with the RN and Executive Director to ensure care quality, compliance, and staff accountability. We are looking for someone confident, organized, and experienced in assisted living environments.

Required Qualifications
  • Active Washington CNA or HCA certification

  • Med Tech experience

  • Minimum 1–2 years assisted living experience required

  • Strong understanding of care plans, delegation, and documentation standards

  • Ability to lead and hold caregivers accountable

  • Excellent organizational and follow-through skills

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with resident assessments and care plan updates

  • Support nurse delegation processes

  • Monitor caregiver documentation and compliance

  • Provide leadership and oversight to care staff

  • Assist with move-ins and care transitions

  • Participate in on-call as needed

  • Ensure medication administration standards are upheld
