Dispatcher - Towing 3rd shift

Our ideal candidate has a background in trucking/transportation dispatching.

We are looking for third dispatchers to join our Team. The hours for this position are  11:30 PM - 7:30 AM.

Responsibilities include answering phones, entering calls into dispatch system, dispatching drivers, updating customers, and collecting payments.

Skills

 · Data entry skills

 · Experience with proprietary software

 · Proficiency in English and in MS Office

 · Customer service orientation and negotiation skills

 · Ability to utilize multi-line phone system

 · Multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
