Courtesy Cart Driver

This role is responsible for the transportation of fans from pick-up spots around the parking lot to the front of the stadium. Often the first face fans interact with upon arrival, the candidate must have high-level customer service skills and greet fans in a friendly manner, while being able to safely operate a vehicle.

Responsibilities Include:

• Proactively greeting all arriving and departing guests at the event.
• Using a golf cart to safely transport guests from Mallards parking lots to their destination.
• Identifying which guests may need a ride to/from their personal vehicles.
• Becoming an expert of the stadium layout, seating areas and guest amenities
• Provide general information to guests to improve their game experience.
• Educate guests on events, promotions and other happenings around the ballpark.
• Operate radio equipment to communicate with other ballpark personnel.
• Other duties as assigned.

Courtesy Cart Drivers are hired on a part-time, seasonal basis for the Madison Mallards and Madison Softball seasons. A typical season runs from mid-May to mid-August. Scheduled hours are usually late-afternoon/evening, including weekdays and weekends. The minimum age to work as a Courtesy Cart Driver is 18 years of age. Must have a valid driver's license.
