Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) with a strong background or interest in integrative and regenerative medicine. The ideal candidate will be confident in both clinical decision-making and client communication, and excited to deliver transformative care through innovative wellness therapies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive lifestyle, wellness, and hormonal assessments.

• Design and manage customized wellness plans focused on:

  • Longevity, immune function, and natural pain relief

  • Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) for both men and women

• Perform or oversee:

  • Ozone Therapy (IV, insufflation, limb bagging, etc.)

  • Peptide Therapy for anti-aging, metabolism, and vitality

  • Stem Cell & Exosome Therapy for regeneration and repair

  • PRP/PRF Injections for facial rejuvenation, joint pain, and hair restoration

  • Aesthetic Treatments, including microneedling, PDO threads, and advanced facials

  • Pain Management therapies through non-opioid, integrative methods

• Educate clients on treatment plans, aftercare, and long-term wellness strategies

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with Florida medical regulations

Qualifications:

• Active Florida license as a PA or NP (required)

• Experience or certification in integrative, regenerative, or aesthetic medicine preferred

• Skilled or willing to train in ozone therapy, hormone therapy, peptides, PRP/PRF, pain relief, and aesthetics

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for patient-centered care

• Familiarity with concierge/mobile wellness is a plus
