As a concierge, you will greet guests and their dogs as they enter the bar in a courteous, prompt manner. You will ensure that all dogs entering the facility are properly checked-in and have up to date documentation while highlighting how service works. This includes giving recommendations about our menu, specials and/or upcoming events. You will also be responsible for maintaining the merchandise store area and process merchandise purchases – this also includes ensuring all merchandise is stocked appropriately and presented to company standards at all times. You will be the primary person answering the phone to help people navigate any questions they may have about The Boozy Mutt, website, online store, membership portal, events, and menu. You will also process to-go/delivery orders, merchandise/online store orders, and wait list/reservation needs. It is also expected that you assist with bussing and resetting tables, as well as other facility operational or marketing needs. You will also be responsible for upselling food, merchandise, and membership packages.

Ultimately, you are the first person who greets our guests and their dogs as they come in. You will set the tone of excellent hospitality that they will come to experience and expect. It is also expected that you learn our regulars and their dogs and greet them by name.
