Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Ensure guests are informed as to seating options
- Keeping wait lists organized and in order
- Walk guests to their seats
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Contributing to an overall positive guest experience
- Other duties as required.
- Runs food as needed
- Busses tables as needed
Operational Execution
- Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude
- Adapt to meet needs necessary for overall team success
- Team player who works to help out where needed
- Grow in menu knowledge
- Maintain personal health and sanitation standards
- Punctual and Organized
- Ensure 100% compliance with all Company policies and laws, including health and safety standards
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must have some previous restaurant experience
- Must be willing to pass a background screen
- Must be willing to cross-train
- Must have a great attitude and customer service experience
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to work Sundays for breakfast hours
- Weekend and holiday availability is a must
- Understanding of restaurant POS system
- Be willing to submit to a background screen
