Regional Manager- Kentucky/ Tennessee

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Manager – Marina Operations to oversee multiple marina locations within our portfolio. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, and exceptional customer experiences across all assigned properties.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple marina facilities, including dockage, storage, fuel services, and retail operations
• Lead, mentor, and support marina managers and their teams to achieve performance goals
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
• Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgets, revenue growth, and cost control across all locations
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
• Ensure compliance with all environmental, safety, and maritime regulations
• Oversee maintenance programs and capital improvement projects
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and local regulatory agencies
• Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and brand standards
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate risk management efforts as needed

• 5+ years of experience in marina, hospitality, or multi-site operations management
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Proven ability to manage budgets and drive financial results
• Knowledge of marine operations, safety standards, and applicable regulations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region
