BILINGUAL Insurance Customer Service Rep/Personal Lines Insurance Agent

We are URGENTLY seeking A bilingual candidate to join our team at either our South Austin or Round Rock location for a well-established insurance agency. Insurance experience not required. Willing to train the right candidate!!!

Duties include, but are not limited to:
-Quote and sell personal lines insurance - (after licensing, if not already licensed)
-Service existing book of business
-Reach agreed upon sales goals
-Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
-Assist with busy multi line phone system

Competitive Compensation and Benefits!!! Salary commensurate on experience. ($17-24/hr. plus bonus/commission) DOE!!!

Qualifications:

-TDI Insurance License a HUGE PLUS!!! However, we will train the right candidate. 
-Familiarity with CRM platforms and typical office equipment/software
-Ability to build rapport with clients & work well in team setting.
-Dependable/Reliable
-Goal oriented
