IV Lounge / Medi-Spa Receptionist

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable part-time receptionist to join our San Clemente location on Saturdays!

✨ Responsibilities:
📞 Answer phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide basic company info
🗂️ Perform clerical duties (memos, files, organizing documents)
🛎️ Monitor and manage the front desk
👩‍⚕️ Check patients in and out & use our POS system
💳 Process credit card and cash transactions
📦 Manage deliveries, packages, and couriers
🧼 Set up, break down, organize, and maintain clinic cleanliness

Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

💵 Pay:
$20.00 per hour
