Job Type: Full-time / Part-time

At Crumbl Cookies, we’re more than just a bakery—we’re a place where families and friends connect over the world’s best cookies. We’re currently hiring dependable and serious individuals to join our Morning Prep Team and help us prep the magic behind every sweet treat.

• 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM

• 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Prepare 12–14 batches of cookie dough per shift.

• Follow prep instructions for doughs, frostings, and toppings.

• Operate bakery equipment including commercial mixers and ovens.

• Frost, top, and decorate cookies to Crumbl standards.

• Provide excellent customer service when needed.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.

• Meet prep goals and maintain quality during high-volume hours.

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to showing up ready to work.

• Able to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude and willingness to be coached.

• Able to follow instructions and complete tasks with consistency.

• Previous food service or baking experience is a plus but not required.

• Bi-weekly pay + tips
