Vehicle Patrol Officer – Solar Sites (Mojave Region)

ValorGuard is hiring Vehicle Patrol Officers for solar site security across Mojave, Tehachapi, Rosamond, and Lancaster. This role is best suited for reliable officers who can handle overnight shifts, remote environments, and active patrol work.

What You'll Do: Conduct vehicle patrols across multiple sites, monitor for trespassing and safety issues, write clear, detailed reports, operate in off-road and variable conditions, and stay in contact with dispatch and supervisors.

Typical Schedule: 12–16-hour shifts, primarily overnights from 17:00 PST–05:00 PST, on 4–5-day assignments, weekends required.

Pay and Perks: Base–$20/hr, overtime–$30/hr, double-time–$40/hr, +$1/hr for veterans and active military, $1,000–$1,400/week typical earnings, weekly pay, and cell phone stipend.

Travel Assignments (1+ hour): Lodging provided with $40/day per diem.

Requirements: Active CA guard card, security patrol experience, valid drivers license, clean driving record (MVR required), comfortable with overnight shifts and off-road driving, reliable, and professional.
