NOW HIRING – SHIPPING & RECEIVING COORDINATOR  

Montebello, CA | 1st Shift (8:00am–4:30pm)

We’re looking for a detail‑oriented Shipping & Receiving Coordinator who can keep materials moving, maintain accurate documentation, and support production. If you thrive in an industrial environment and know how to keep a warehouse organized, this role fits you perfectly.

What You’ll Do

• Receive & inspect incoming materials
• Verify POs, packing slips, quantities
• Maintain heat numbers & traceability
• Prep outgoing shipments & verify docs
• Keep inventory organized
• Operate forklifts/overhead cranes (training provided)

 What You Need

• 2+ yrs shipping/receiving (manufacturing/industrial)
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills
• Metal/machine shop experience a plus
• Forklift experience a plus

Pay

• $ 22 per hour

Shift

• 1st 8am -4:30pm
• Must be flexible to train 7am - 3:30pm
• Must be available for overtime as need including Saturdays.
