Ageless Wellness Spa is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Licensed Aesthetician who is deeply passionate about holistic health and committed to using only organic, non-toxic skincare products. We specialize in non-invasive, integrative therapies that promote radiant skin, longevity, and overall well-being.

Location: Naples, FL
Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate + commission + tips

• Provide advanced aesthetic services using holistic techniques and organic products

• Perform facials, dermaplaning, microneedling, and other specialized treatments

• Educate clients on natural skincare regimens and wellness practices

• Ensure a clean, professional treatment environment in line with spa standards

• Develop strong client relationships with personalized care and follow-up

• Valid Florida Aesthetician License

• Extensive professional experience in aesthetics required (minimum 5+ years preferred)

• Strong background in holistic skincare and organic product knowledge

• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and client-focused approach

• Professional, punctual, and passionate about natural beauty and wellness

• Experience with PRP facials, lymphatic drainage, herbal peels, and advanced holistic protocols

• Interest in wellness therapies such as red light therapy, PEMF, and detoxification support

• Work in a tranquil, luxury spa environment

• Use only organic, non-toxic, high-quality skincare lines
