Busser Responsibilities:
- Work with restaurant staff to create a positive dining experience for guests
- Check floors after tables are cleared for napkins, silverware, crumbs, etc. Sweep as needed
- Carry loads of soiled dished to the dish area to be cleaned
- Alert servers and managers when tables are in need of attention
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant including floors, restrooms, and parking lot
- Assist in racking/polishing/rolling silverware as needed
- Assist the bartenders with ice, trash, glassware, and any boxes that need to be broken down
- Restroom checks- ensure the restrooms are clean and fully stocked every 15 minutes
