Host/Hostess Role & Responsibilities:
-All guests must be treated in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction
-Provide accurate wait times and recommend wait options (seating at the bar)
Walk guests to table advising the guest of the server's name and daily special
-Manage reservations and wait times
-Great customers upon their arrival and bid farewell upon their departure
-Coordinate with wait staff about available seating options
Maintain a clean reception area
Maintain restroom cleanliness with 15-minute checks
-Cater to guests who require extra assistance
-Answer incoming calls and address guests' inquires
