Auto Body Estimator
Budget Truck and Auto is an auto body shop in Janesville, WI. We specialize in light duty (passenger vehicles) and heavy duty (semi’s, motor coaches, RV’s) performing collision repair, custom painting, and vinyl graphics. Budget is looking for an experienced sales and customer service oriented Estimator to add to our team, focusing on the light duty side of the business. Candidates should have the following:

Responsibilities
- Analyze and determine vehicle damage to the extent of structural, body, mechanical, or interior damage
- Write estimates in accordance with company guidelines and/or insurance requirements
- Schedule jobs into the shop according to available capacity
- Order parts in a timely manner for each job
- Develop a repair plan and communicate jobs with production for a timely repair
- Write supplements as needed for jobs
- Keep customer updated with the repair process
- Stay updated daily through complete repair process to avoid delays or questions
- Work closely with AR Department on bill collection to ensure quick closing and invoicing

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 / year
Experience
· Minimum 2-3 years prior estimating experience required
· Sales experience preferred
· Proficiency with CCC One preferred
· Familiarity with various insurance guidelines for repairs preferred
· I-CAR certification a bonus
