Recruitment Executive
Role Overview
As a Recruitment Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for candidates entering our talent pipeline. You will manage the end-to-end initial screening process, ensuring that only the most qualified professionals are presented to our partner organizations in the United States. Beyond sourcing, you will act as a dedicated support resource for onboarded employees, resolving administrative and operational issues to ensure long-term placement success.
Key Responsibilities
● Candidate Screening: Review and filter resumes submitted through our online portal for a variety of roles across different industries.
● Interviews: Conduct initial English/Spanish interviews to assess technical competency, cultural fit, and communication skills.
● Client Coordination: Shortlist top-tier candidates and prepare detailed profiles for final interviews with partner organizations in the US.
● Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for successfully placed employees, assisting with onboarding queries, workplace issues, or administrative hurdles.
● Administrative Management: Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), manage interview scheduling, and handle documentation related to the recruitment lifecycle.
