Job Description
Elite Security Professionals, LLC is actively seeking licensed Armed Security Officers for immediate hire. As an Armed Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' properties, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying and mitigating security risks while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor assigned premises to prevent theft, violence, or rule violations.
• Conduct thorough inspections of doors, windows, gates, and other security features to ensure functionality.
• Enforce premises rules and regulations by issuing warnings or removing violators.
• Respond to incidents, apprehend individuals engaged in suspicious or criminal activity, and manage emergency situations.
• Report hazards such as fire risks, water leaks, and other facility issues to management.
• Coordinate with emergency services during critical or high-risk situations.

Requirements
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Possess a current state certification as an Armed Security Officer.
• Own a personal vehicle with a valid driver’s license for transportation to and from assignments.
• Must have an active cell phone for communication during shifts.
• Duty Belt and Personal Weapon: Applicants must provide their own duty belt and personal weapon in compliance with state regulations.
• At least 5 years of security experience, or military/corrections experience (military or correctional facility experience is preferred).
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and various shifts as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to assess and respond to situations effectively.
• Ability to follow established safety protocols and maintain a vigilant security presence.
• Excellent active listening skills and the ability to communicate clearly with staff, visitors, and emergency personnel.

Additional Qualifications (Preferred)

• Military or correctional facility experience is a plus.
• Previous experience in a security role in public events, commercial properties, or executive protection is desirable.
