Responsibilities
Provide personal hygiene assistance (bathing, showering, dressing, eating)
Assist clients with prescribed medications and ambulation
Support mobility in the home or during outings (doctor appointments, walks, etc.)
Help with personal care, meal preparation, and light exercises or physical therapy
Complete or assist with shopping
Perform light housekeeping and report any unusual incidents
Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies
Support daily living activities, including meal setup and assistance
Qualifications

Team-oriented and dependable
-
Enjoys working one-on-one and willing to learn new skills
-
2+ years of caregiving or personal care experience preferred (CNA/HHA/PCA certification a plus)

Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds and perform physical care duties

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
-
Compassionate, patient, and supportive demeanor
-
Flexible schedule, including availability for nights/weekends
-
Prior experience in healthcare or in-home care preferred

Strong commitment to health and safety standards

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Able to pass pre-employment and random drug testing
-
Must complete all COVID-19 training and follow required protocols
