Job Title: Housekeeper
Location: White Mountain Hotel & Resort, North Conway, NH
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time
The White Mountain Hotel & Resort is looking for experienced housekeepers to join our team. As a housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas throughout the resort. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms
- Perform routine cleaning of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and conference rooms
- Restock supplies in guest rooms and public areas, such as toiletries and towels
- Identify and report any maintenance issues or room damage to management
- Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure that all rooms are cleaned and maintained in a timely manner
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and clean work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
