Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate Class A vehicles for local deliveries, pickups, and line hauls of refrigerated cargo.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, ensuring compliance with DOT regulations.
• Load, unload, and secure freight while maintaining accurate logs and records.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members for seamless operations.
• Uphold our commitment to on-time performance and exceptional customer service.

Schedule: Home daily with consistent M-F shifts and available for occasional Saturdays (typically 4-6am start times, with some flexibility for part-time, Saturday based on rotation and schedule). Average 40-55 hours per week, plus overtime opportunities.

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
• 1+ years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience preferred—recent grads and military veterans welcome with paid training!
• Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check.
• Strong time management, customer service skills, and a safety-first mindset.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
• Live within commuting distance of Green Bay, WI.
