Automotive Finance Manager

Grossman Chevrolet is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our 33+ year family-owned dealership. We have a growing used car department, a competitive pay plan and a great team to work with. 

Job Description:

• Obtain approvals for financing and leasing for customers
• Stay up to date with lenders, lease and finance programs
• Structure deals for maximum profitability and collectability
• Must be fully proficient with title laws and registration process
• Adhere to all compliance laws as they pertain to customer information, truth in lending, OFAC etc.
• Work with sales managers to structure and restructure deals as needed to obtain favorable approvals
• Ensure all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Prepare paperwork, contracts, and delivers deals
• Utilize E-Contracting as much as possible to obtain quick funding of contracts
• Monitor Contracts In Transit
• Audit deals post-delivery for accuracy and compliance
• Maintain an organized and clean office

Job Requirements: 

• Prior experience in Finance management, or Finance & Insurance (FI) Management required
• Proven track record with back end products sales penetration
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Professional appearance
• Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through
• Valid U.S. driver's license
