Scope:  We are seeking a Christ-loving, driven and results-oriented Director of Training & Education to help establish an exceptional training institute that elevates the standard of care and excellence within PreBorn!’s Network Care Providers. The primary areas of responsibility will be to lead the strategic development and implementation of a multidisciplinary training institute that will amplify the impact of pregnancy clinics nationwide. The ideal candidate will leverage experience and expertise to design, deliver, and evaluate targeted training initiatives focused on operational success, leadership development, clinical operations and evangelism. By fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning, the Director of Training and Education will play a vital role in PreBorn!’s goal to invest in the pregnancy movement space for long-term success and sustainability.

A Little About Us: PreBorn! is a national grant-maker exclusively for pregnancy clinics across the U.S. (and a few beyond)!  We empower clinics through providing training, consultation, and equipment to help rescue babies from abortion and bring mothers and their families to the saving knowledge of Christ.

Qualifications:
  • Agreement with and adherence to PreBorn!’s Statement of Faith and Code of Christian Conduct.
  • Willingness to intercede before God for the ministry of PreBorn!. Fidelity to an ever-maturing biblical, evangelical lifestyle.
  • Highly experienced and motivated leader with a strong work ethic and passion for quality training. 
  • Bachelor’s degree required in Education, Organizational Development/Leadership, or a related field. (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Certifications in training and development, instructional design, adult learning principles, or related areas are a plus.
  • Positive, team-player with a pro‐active approach to problem solving.
  • Independent, results-focused, highly organized self-starter.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and ability to adapt to various audiences and learning styles.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, handling multiple priorities with ease and a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent leadership and strong team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Ability to travel.
Experience:
  • Proven track record in building and scaling successful training programs and delivering multiple training events in a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in E Learning Management Systems (LMS) and strong knowledge of instructional design principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong public speaking skills with a variety of audiences
  • Adaptability and flexibility to different organizational and management requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Learning Management Systems, and other healthcare technology a plus.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
 
Collaborative Leadership
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with Senior Leadership to set and execute growth objectives and strategies that align with PreBorn!’s mission and long-term goals.
  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership to assess organizational needs, analyze industry challenges, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Cooperate with Senior Leadership on organizational initiatives including, but not limited to budgeting, calendaring, fundraising, and marketing campaigns.
  • Develop strategic community partnerships and cooperatives that leverage additional resources, maximize impact, and increase awareness of the pro-life movement.
  • Prepare and present reports to executive management on the progress and impact of education and training initiatives.
  • Partner with Senior Leadership to create and monitor the annual budget
Operational Excellence
  • Provide visionary and adaptive leadership, embodying PreBorn!’s values and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence within the team
  • Oversee all aspects of the education and training programs to ensure that engagements are performed in a professional and effective manner and methodologies are consistent with PreBorn!’s mission, values, and guiding principles.
  • Build and manage a team of trainers and instructional designers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  • Develop and implement scalable processes and workflows to optimize performance.
  • Oversee the compilation of statistical reports, accurate record keeping, and monthly reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) to Senior Leadership.
  • Implement and regularly evaluate robust Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track, manage, and report on training activities.
  • Annually evaluate overall Education & Training Program effectiveness in conjunction with the staff performance reviews and evaluations.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, advancements, and regulatory environment and implement internal controls or technological improvements as needed. 
Program Design & Delivery: 
  • Develop an array of multidisciplinary courses, curriculum, and resources that align training initiatives with clinic needs and the changing landscape of the prolife movement and the nonprofit sector.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and analyze industry challenges, skills and leadership gaps, and develop tailored learning solutions to address these needs.
  • Create a framework or pathways that improve quality of care and retention while fostering excellence and innovation in clinical operations, nonprofit management, leadership development, and gospel evangelism.
  • Curate high-quality, engaging and scalable training content, including e-learning modules, workshops, and in-person sessions that align with industry standards and educational best practices.
  • Manage the design and delivery of various learning initiatives, including workshops, seminars, online courses, and written materials.
Program Implementation and Improvement:
  • Maintain a working knowledge of significant developments and trends in the abortion industry and prolife movement to enhance and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Design evaluation tools and continuously assess training effectiveness through surveys, performance metrics, and feedback loops to analyze insights and enhance program outcomes.
  • Provide leadership development programs or modules to managers to enhance decision-making and drive performance.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and analysis, making necessary improvements and adjustments. Evaluate the results of learning courses
Clinic & Network Collaboration
  • Work collaboratively with the Clinic Director to create a state-of-the art hands-on learning environment within PreBorn!’s clinic.
  • Cooperate with the Client Services Team to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing training for new and existing grant recipients.
  • Act as a mentor and coach for clinic leaders, fostering a culture of excellence, curiosity, and accountability.
  • Facilitate ongoing skill development to support advancements in technology and industry standards service expectations
