Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable, energetic Back of House Team Member to join our team. This role serves as a vital part of our culinary operations, handling cleaning, food preparation, and station cooking to ensure a seamless dining experience. The ideal candidate is a team player who can handle high-stress situations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Dishwasher: Operate industrial dishwasher, wash/sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans. Maintain a clean, dry, and organized kitchen area and remove trash promptly.
- Prep Cook: Wash, chop, slice, and portion food items (produce, meats, sauces) based on recipes and chef instructions. Label and stock ingredients in storage areas.
- Line Cook: Set up, stock, and manage a station (grill, sauté, fry). Cook food to order, adhering to recipe standards, food safety regulations, and proper food handling.
- General Kitchen: Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Assist in receiving and storing food deliveries.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Dishwasher, Prep Cook, or Line Cook.
- Knowledge of food safety sanitation (e.g., ServeSafe certified).
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Excellent communication and ability to work as a team player.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
