Janitorial Supervisor - Part Time Evenings

RWK Services, a nationwide green certified building service provider, is currently hiring for a part-time Cleaning Supervisor for buildings in the Beachwood area. This position will be Monday-Friday from 5:30p-10:30pm.

Pay is $17 per hour  

Major responsibilities include:

• Supervising the work of cleaning staff at a specific building(s)
• Initiate or follow-up on quality/building inspections
• Assist through training and orienting new employees on specific buildings
• Maintain cleaning supplies and materials & ensure proper usage.

Requirements:

1. Previous office cleaning experience is required
2. Be detail-oriented
3. Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred
4. Be able to work independently and still get the job done
5. Pass a pre-employment background check
6. Physically able to walk, stand, repetitive bending forward, push/pull objects, repetitive lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs, kneeling down, reaching & grasping, repetitive arm movements and occasional climbing.
