Auto Body Technician

Salary: $80,000 - $150,000 a year (based on a flat rate pay structure)

Job Type: Full-time, 4 day work week possible

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)
• Complete disassembly of damaged vehicle
• Complete reassembly of vehicle
• Ensure all needed repairs identified and repaired to the factory specification
• Verify repaired vehicles are checked for compliance with safety and quality standards
• Remove and Install Parts on all types and makes of vehicles
• Prep vehicles for paint to industry standards
• Ongoing training as required

Skills & Qualifications
• Collision Repair Industry experience required
• ICAR Certifications highly preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Relevant vocational training and/or education (e.g., I-Car, ASE Certification)
• High attention to detail
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently or as a team and meet deadlines
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written directions
