Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and reliable Cashier to join our team at our fried chicken restaurant. The Cashier will be responsible for processing customer orders, handling payments, and providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and take their orders in a friendly and professional manner

Process cash, credit, and debit card payments accurately and efficiently

Assist customers with any questions or concerns they may have

Maintain a clean and organized cash register area

Prepare cash drawers for the day and reconcile cash at the end of each shift

Provide customers with accurate wait times and inform them of any specials or promotions

Ensure that all orders are processed accurately and delivered to the customer in a timely manner

Work with the kitchen team to ensure that orders are prepared and delivered correctly

Adhere to food safety and cash handling procedures at all times

Assist with other duties as assigned by the manager

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Cashier or in a customer service role

Knowledge of cash handling procedures and basic math skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
