We’re looking for a reliable, motivated, and skilled Breakfast Cook to join our culinary team. In this hands-on kitchen role, you'll take the lead on early-morning breakfast prep and execution, crafting high-quality dishes for both guests and locals who love our hearty, made-to-order morning menu.

• Prepare high-quality breakfast dishes to order using scratch methods

• Execute consistent plating, timing, and food safety standards

• Read and follow recipes and prep sheets accurately

• Support prep for banquets and special events as needed

• Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment ("clean as you go")

• Collaborate with the culinary team and communicate effectively during service

• Check in with leadership at the end of each shift

• Prior breakfast or line cook experience preferred, but will train the right candidate

• Understanding of food safety, handling, and sanitation (ServSafe certification is a plus)

• Ability to read and follow recipes in English

• Must be punctual, dependable, and a team player

• Slip-resistant shoes and clean uniform required

• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
