We are seeking a motivated, professional, and community-focused leader to join our growing team. This is a high-impact role designed for someone with strong interpersonal skills, a desire to lead, and the ability to drive business development initiatives that align with our company’s vision, mission, and core values.

• First-Year Average Earnings: $55,000 – $75,000
  
  

• Uncapped Commission Structure
  
  

• Build and maintain relationships with local business owners using our SalesForce platform
  
  

• Consult with HR departments on customizable employee benefit solutions
  
  

• Leverage proven systems to establish partnerships with a wide variety of organizations
  
  

• Manage and grow an existing book of business
  
  

• Consistently meet or exceed production goals (weekly, monthly, and annual targets)
  
  

• Follow a structured activity model to ensure success in the role
  
  

• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
  
  

• Customer service experience preferred
  
  

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
  
  

• Receptive to coaching, feedback, and ongoing training
  
  

• Highly organized and self-motivated
  
  

• Passionate about making a meaningful impact in the community
  
  

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
