Location: Springfield, MO
Pay:

• 1st Shift (Day): $18.00/hour

• 2nd Shift (Night): $18.00/hour + $2.00 shift differential = $20.00/hour total

Schedules:

• Sunday–Wednesday: 5:00 AM–5:00 PM (1st Shift) | 5:00 PM–5:00 AM (2nd Shift)

• Wednesday–Saturday: 5:00 AM–5:00 PM (1st Shift) | 5:00 PM–5:00 AM (2nd Shift)

CMC is looking for a dependable Material Handler to help move, organize, and deliver materials throughout our commercial modular building facility. This position plays a key role in keeping production running efficiently by ensuring materials are in the right place at the right time. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

• Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or by hand

• Deliver raw materials, parts, and supplies to designated production areas

• Stage materials for upcoming production orders and pick-ups

• Maintain accurate records of material movement and storage locations

• Assist with receiving shipments and verifying packing lists

• Keep storage and staging areas neat, safe, and well-organized

• Follow all safety procedures for material handling and equipment operation

• Communicate with team members to coordinate efficient material flow

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling preferred

• Forklift certification or prior experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to lift and move materials safely

• Dependable, team-oriented, and able to work independently when needed

• Willingness to work day or night shift as assigned
