Carroll Water is seeking a Well Pump Technician to support our well drilling and pump service operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, operating equipment, and being part of a hardworking team.

• Assist with well pump installation, service, and repair
• Support drilling crews with day-to-day job site operations
• Load, transport, and organize materials, tools, and equipment
• Operate company vehicles, tools, and machinery as trained
• Assist in drilling and pump service processes
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Communicate professionally with team members and customers
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements
• Willingness to travel to job sites within the service area
• Ability to learn operation of tools, equipment, and machinery
• Interest in obtaining a CDL (if required for role; company support may be available)
• Prior experience in construction, drilling, mechanical, or related field is a plus, but not required

• Ability to perform physical job duties, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials (up to approximately 50 lbs)
• Ability to stand, bend, and remain active for extended periods during work shifts

• Outdoor, field-based work at drilling and service sites
• Exposure to varying weather, terrain, and environmental conditions
